Small trial order: sport e-MTB with suspension fork, 8 units to start

We'd like to try this model in the shop before deciding whether to stock it properly. Steel frame, front suspension fork, 7-speed, 27.5" wheels, rear hub motor 36V/250W, 7.8Ah battery, mechanical disc brakes — sounds like a good fit for our lighter trail and commuting customers. For this first order: 8 complete bikes, standard factory colours and graphics are fine, we don't need custom branding at this stage. We do need: CE certification paperwork we can show customers and use for our own compliance file, and the battery's UN38.3 transport documents so our forwarder doesn't hold the shipment at customs. Delivery DAP our shop in Utrecht is easiest for us, but we're open to picking up from a Rotterdam-area warehouse if that's faster or cheaper. If you can share pricing for 8 units plus what a follow-up order of a few dozen would look like, that would help us plan. We'd also appreciate a couple of extra product photos beyond what's on your listing, mainly the cockpit and battery compartment.
