Private label partner for scented soy candles in glass jars — 15,000 pcs/year

We're a US distributor building a private-label home fragrance line for the specialty and gift retail channel, and we're looking for a manufacturer to produce scented soy candles in glass jars under our own branding. Specification: blended soy wax, approx. 140g fill weight, jar roughly 5.5 x 5.5 x 6 cm, single wick, and we need 4-5 scent options selectable from your standard range plus one custom blend. Clear glass jar, printed or wrap label to our artwork, and we'd like a gift box option quoted separately for a premium tier. We're planning for about 15,000 pieces per year, split across three release cycles rather than one bulk order — this lets us test sell-through by scent before committing to the next release. Documentation: CE conformity and a safety data sheet (SDS/MSDS) per scent formulation are required before the first shipment ships, plus confirmation the wax and wick are safe for indoor use. Packaging: individual gift box with our artwork, then a shipper carton — we're flexible on units per carton as long as it survives parcel-level handling for smaller retail orders. Delivery FOB origin is fine; we manage freight forwarding ourselves. In your proposal, please include: unit pricing at 15,000 pcs/year and at a smaller trial quantity, cost and lead time for a custom scent development, minimum order per scent/SKU, artwork and label proofing process, and typical lead time from PO to ex-works.
