We're furnishing lounge and common-area seating for a hotel renovation programme and need frameless modular foam sofa units that meet contract-grade specification rather than a residential-only build. Product: boneless/no-frame modular units — corner, armless and chaise pieces — foam or memory foam fill, fabric cover, sized so they can be arranged into different lounge layouts across several properties. Removable covers are a plus for maintenance, but they need to hold up to commercial-level use, not just occasional home use. Volume: 2,500 pieces total for this project phase, delivered as one consolidated shipment rather than ongoing call-offs — this is a defined project scope, not a recurring order at this stage. Requirements: RoHS compliance is required, and for hospitality use we need BS 5852 (or equivalent) fire-resistance documentation specific to commercial/contract environments, plus confirmation of foam density suited to heavier daily use than residential seating typically sees. Packaging: export packaging suitable for palletised ocean freight, unit weight and carton dimensions declared for container load planning across multiple properties.
