Contract supply: 600 branded 28" hardshell cases for a hotel guest-amenity programme

We supply amenity and guest-service goods to hotel groups and have a contract to furnish large hardshell suitcases as part of a guest loyalty programme. This is a one-time contract order, not an ongoing retail line. Specs needed: - 28 inch, polycarbonate hard shell, zipper frame - Spinner wheels, aluminum-frame trolley - Custom logo debossed or printed on the shell (we will supply artwork after a sample is approved) - Individually boxed with a printed sleeve to our design Quantity: 600 pieces, one shipment, DDP to our Nashville distribution center. We need a firm delivery window once artwork is approved since this ties to a client commitment, and a sample lead time we can share with our client before final sign-off.
