Upgrading our sport e-MTB SKU to a UL-certified version — 300 units/year

We currently sell a similar sport e-MTB on our site but the version we carry now doesn't have UL 2849 certification, which is costing us sales — a growing share of our customers and a couple of marketplace listings now require it. We're looking to replace that SKU with a certified equivalent. Target spec: steel frame with front suspension fork, 7-speed drivetrain, 27.5" wheels, brushless rear hub motor (36V/250W), down-tube lithium battery (36V/7.8Ah), mechanical disc brakes, 30-40km range per charge. Must-haves: - UL 2849 certification for the complete electrical system, plus UN38.3 for the battery, both with documentation we can upload to our marketplace listings - Retail packaging suitable for direct-to-consumer parcel shipping (single-carton, no separate outer case) - Our logo on the down tube decal, factory colourway otherwise fine Volume: about 300 units per year to start, released in smaller batches so we're not sitting on inventory while we test demand at the new price point.
