Private-label hardshell suitcases wanted — cabin, medium and large sizes, recurring volume

We are a US wholesale distributor of travel and outdoor goods developing a private-label luggage line and looking for a manufacturing partner. What we need: - Polycarbonate (PC) hard-shell construction, zipper frame closure - Full size range: cabin/carry-on (~20"), medium (~24") and large (~28") — all three must be part of the same collection, not a single size - Spinner wheels (4-wheel, 360°), aluminum-frame trolley system, built-in TSA combination lock - GRS and RoHS compliance documentation, CE marking Volumes: roughly 9,000 pieces per year across the three sizes (about a 30/40/30 split), released in periodic call-offs a few times a year once the programme is running. First order will be a smaller trial batch before we commit to the full annual volume. Packaging: an individual carton per piece is fine as a baseline, but we want a quote for our own printed artwork on both carton and shell once we've approved a sample.
