Contract furniture project: compression sofa beds for hotel renovation — 3,000 pcs

We're sourcing furniture for a hotel renovation programme across several properties and need a compression/folding sofa bed that meets contract-grade specification rather than a residential-only build. Product: 3-seater compression sofa bed suitable for hotel rooms and extended-stay units, solid wood frame (kiln-dried preferred for dimensional stability), high-resilience foam cushions, quilted or plain fabric upholstery in a small range of hospitality-appropriate colors, removable and washable or stain-resistant cover. We need the 1.7m and 2.0m lengths only — the 1.4m size is too small for our room layouts. Volume: 3,000 pieces total for this renovation phase, delivered as one consolidated project shipment rather than ongoing call-offs — this is a defined renovation scope, not a recurring order at this stage. Requirements: CE conformity is mandatory, and for hospitality use we need documentation on frame load rating and fabric flame/fire performance suitable for contract environments, not just standard domestic certification. Consistency between units matters since these will sit side by side across many identical rooms. Packaging: export packaging suitable for palletised ocean freight, unit weight and carton dimensions declared for container load planning.
