Fleet programme: fat-tire e-bikes for tourism rental sites — 800 units

We're building out e-bike fleets for a set of tourism and hospitality rental sites and need a fat-tire electric bike that can handle daily rental use rather than occasional home riding. Product: 250W rear hub motor, 48V removable battery (we'd want spare batteries available separately for fleet rotation), hydraulic disc brakes, front and rear suspension, 20" fat tires, steel frame robust enough for repeated mounting/dismounting by different riders daily. LCD display and a basic odometer are useful for our maintenance tracking. Volume: 800 units total for this fleet rollout, delivered as one consolidated shipment rather than ongoing call-offs — this is a defined rollout scope across several rental sites, not a recurring order at this stage. Requirements: CE conformity and EN 15194 documentation are mandatory, and for fleet/rental use we need confirmation of frame and component durability under heavy daily-use cycles, not just standard consumer warranty terms. Packaging: export packaging suitable for palletised ocean freight, unit weight and carton dimensions declared for container load planning across multiple delivery sites. Delivery: DAP our Dublin logistics hub, with the option to split delivery across sites if that helps your production scheduling. In your proposal, please include: pricing per unit at 800 units, availability and pricing of spare batteries and common wear parts (tires, brake pads) for fleet maintenance, production lead time for this volume, and whether you've supplied fleet or rental-scale e-bike programmes before.
