Bikes needed for a municipal e-bike share rollout — 400 units, one-off delivery

We manufacture docking stations and charging infrastructure for shared micromobility programmes, and we've been awarded a contract that includes supplying the bikes alongside our stations. We need a single batch of 400 sport e-MTB style units — durable enough for public shared use, not necessarily fat-tire. Specification: steel frame with front suspension fork, 7-speed drivetrain, 27.5" wheels, brushless rear hub motor (36V/250W), down-tube lithium battery (36V/7.8Ah), mechanical disc brakes, 30-40km range. Because these go into public fleets, a few things matter more than usual: - Reinforced kickstand and a lockable battery compartment (our own dock hardware handles the physical lock, but the battery bay needs to be tamper-resistant) - CE marking with EN 15194 documentation - Neutral paint, no manufacturer branding — we apply our own livery after delivery Delivery: DAP our integration facility in Valencia, single shipment, ahead of the rollout milestone agreed with the municipality.
