Upgrading to a carbon-frame, hidden-battery fat-tire e-bike — 1,200 units/year

We currently sell a steel-frame fat-tire e-bike with an exposed down-tube battery, and we want to move that line to something closer to this spec: carbon fibre frame, hidden/integrated battery, front suspension, 7-speed, rear hub motor (36V/250W), 10.5Ah battery, disc brakes, 30-35km range.
