Second supplier wanted for hardshell luggage — qualification batch first, 24" & 28", to diversify sourcing

We import and distribute luggage and travel accessories to retailers across Spain and Portugal. We currently source hardshell suitcases from a single manufacturer and want to qualify a second supplier so we are not dependent on one factory for the whole line. Product: polycarbonate hard shell, 24 and 28 inch only for this second line, spinner wheels, TSA lock. Must match or improve on the GRS and RoHS documentation we already require from our current supplier. Volume: we want to start with a qualification batch of about 900 pieces across the two sizes before shifting any meaningful volume across from our current supplier. If quality and lead time hold up over a couple of qualification rounds we would move toward several thousand pieces a year on a recurring basis. We would like EX-W or FOB pricing at origin as well as DAP pricing to our Valencia warehouse, your standard MOQ per size, and whether you can support smaller qualification batches before scaling to full volume.
