US-certified electric fat-tire bike supplier wanted — UL 2849, 1,500 units/year

We distribute electric bikes to independent bike shops and outdoor retailers and are sourcing a complete e-bike model we can bring into our dealer network on a recurring basis, not a one-off container. Specification: fat-tire electric bike, 250W rear hub motor, 48V removable lithium battery (14-16Ah range), hydraulic disc brakes, front and rear suspension, 7-speed drivetrain, LCD display, steel frame, 20" wheels. Top speed and range should be in line with what's typical for this class — around 25 km/h assisted, 35-45 km range per charge. Certification is the deciding factor here: we need UL 2849 certification (electrical/fire safety for e-bike systems) on file before we can list this with our dealers — it's what our insurance and several state regulations require for e-bike sales in our market. CE and EN 15194 documentation is a plus if you also serve EU customers, but UL 2849 is non-negotiable for us. Volume: approximately 1,500 units per year, released in quarterly batches rather than one shipment, so we can match inventory to dealer demand and avoid tying up capital in a single large order. Packaging: single-unit carton suitable for both container freight and last-mile parcel delivery to dealers who order in small quantities, unit weight and carton dimensions declared for freight planning. Delivery: FOB origin, we manage ocean freight and US customs clearance through our own broker. In your proposal, please include: pricing per unit at this volume, confirmation of current UL 2849 certification status (certificate number if available), standard lead time and how it holds across quarterly releases, warranty terms you can offer on the motor and battery, and whether spare batteries and parts are available to order separately for after-sales support.
