Small recurring backup line — carbon-frame fat-tire e-bike, 60 units/year

We manufacture cargo trailers designed to pair with e-bikes, and a few of our retail partners have asked whether we can also supply a matching bike rather than just the trailer. We're not trying to become a full bike brand — this would be a small, secondary line alongside our main trailer business, so we want a supplier relationship that can work at modest, steady volume rather than one built around a single large order. Spec: carbon fibre frame, hidden/integrated battery, front suspension, 7-speed, rear hub motor (36V/250W), 10.5Ah battery, disc brakes. What matters most to us: - A factory comfortable with roughly 60 units a year, released a handful at a time rather than in one batch - CE Declaration of Conformity and UN38.3 battery documentation - Our logo on the frame, otherwise standard factory finish Delivery FOB, we handle freight to Seattle ourselves.
