Qualification batch: GRS-certified recycled-content hardshell luggage, 3,000 pcs

We currently sell a hardshell suitcase line online that uses standard virgin polycarbonate, and we want to move the range to a GRS-certified recycled-content version without changing the form factor our customers already know. What we need: same general shell profile and hardware (spinner wheels, TSA lock, zipper frame) but manufactured with GRS-certified recycled PC content, documented to a level we can put on our own product page. 20 and 24 inch sizes to start. Volume: roughly 3,000 pieces as a one-time qualification batch. If the recycled-content version checks out we will fold it into our standard recurring purchasing instead of the current material. Please confirm the recycled content percentage you can certify, provide the GRS certificate, and quote unit pricing versus the standard non-recycled version at this volume, plus lead time for a pre-production sample, DDP to our Seattle warehouse.
