OEM partner wanted: private-label steel-frame sport e-MTB, 7-speed — 2,000 units/year

Steel-frame front-suspension sport e-MTB, 7-speed drivetrain, 27.5" wheels, brushless rear hub motor (36V/250W), removable down-tube lithium battery (36V/7.8Ah), mechanical disc brakes, target range 30-40km per charge. We are a components manufacturer adding a complete private-label e-bike to our line and need a factory partner for production under our own brand. Requirements: - UL 2849 compliance for the electrical drive system and battery, plus a UN38.3 transport test report - Two frame colorways matched to our Pantone codes, custom head badge and down-tube decals to our artwork - Retail-ready carton per unit, partial assembly acceptable (handlebar, pedals and front wheel detached), owner's manual in English Volumes: roughly 2,000 units per year, released across four call-offs to match our sell-through. We can commit to a first PO at full annual volume once the sample and pilot batch check out. Delivery: DDP our Denver CO warehouse; open to FOB pricing too if that works better on your side. In your offer, please include: unit price at this volume with our branding applied, tooling/set-up cost for the custom decals and head badge, lead time for a pre-production sample and for the first production run, and whether UL 2849 and UN38.3 documentation can be ready before shipment rather than after.
