Private label hoodie & jogger sets, 380-450 GSM fleece - 6,000 sets/year

Our fleece tracksuit set is the best seller in our line and we have outgrown the domestic cut-and-sew shop we have been using - they cannot hold quality much above 2,000 units per run. We are looking for a manufacturer who can take the whole programme. The product is a two-piece unisex set: hood with drawstring, matching joggers with elastic cuffs and side pockets. Brushed polyester/cotton fleece, 380-450 GSM, sizes S to XXL including a plus-size grade. Heat-transfer print on the chest and an embroidered logo on the left thigh - we supply the artwork and Pantone references. Volumes: 6,000 sets per year, released in three drops of roughly 2,000. About 60% pullover, 40% full-zip. Delivery windows are fixed at PO, so we need a supplier who can commit to a stated lead time and hold it. We need azo-free dye certification and an OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certificate for the fabric, plus a CPSIA general certificate of conformity for the US market. Each set polybagged with our own size and care label, 20 sets per master carton, cartons barcoded for our 3PL. Delivery DDP Columbus OH; quote FOB as well if that works better for you.
