Ready-stock modular foam sofa modules, 900 pcs — quick turnaround

We're a US furniture retailer looking for a ready-stock lot of frameless, foam-block modular sofa pieces rather than a new production run — something we can get on the showroom floor soon. Spec: boneless/no-frame construction, foam fill, removable and washable fabric cover, modules that combine into L-shapes or straight sections — corner and armless pieces mainly, we don't need the full range of module types for this order. Quantity: 900 pieces in one shipment, mixed across corner and armless modules. If the line sells well in our stores we'll follow up with a larger custom order. We need RoHS compliance and BS 5852 fire-resistance documentation before we can put this on the floor — that paperwork has to be in hand, not just referenced. Delivery: DDP to our New York NY warehouse, ideally within a few weeks since this is a stock purchase, not a made-to-order run.
