Replacing our current candle supplier — soy wax candles in glass jars, 40,000 pcs/year

Our current supplier for private-label soy candles has become inconsistent on quality and lead time over the last several release cycles, and we're now qualifying an alternative manufacturer for the programme. Product: soy wax or a soy-majority blend, clear glass jar around 5.5 x 5.5 x 6 cm, single wick, approximately 140g fill weight. We rotate 5-6 scents across the range and would want at least 3 of our current profiles matched plus room to add one new blend per release. Volume: about 40,000 pieces per year, released in four call-offs. We need a supplier who can hold to a confirmed lead time — the switch is largely about reliability, not price. Requirements: CE conformity, SDS/MSDS per scent, and consistent fill weight and burn time between batches, since inconsistency was part of why we're moving on from our current supplier. Packaging: printed label to our artwork on the jar, 6 pieces per shipper carton, palletised for EU delivery. Delivery: DAP our Lyon warehouse.
