Hospitality supply programme: soy candles for hotel rooms and common areas — 3,000 pcs/year

We supply decor and amenities to a group of hotel properties and are setting up a recurring programme for scented candles used in guest rooms and common areas. Specification: soy wax or a soy blend, glass jar, single wick, size in the 5-6 cm range so it fits standard amenity trays, one signature scent for guest rooms and a second, stronger scent for lobby and common-area use. Wick and wax need to be suitable for continuous low-level burning in occupied spaces. Volume: approximately 3,000 pieces per year, delivered in several smaller releases as properties restock rather than one large order. Safety and documentation: CE conformity and SDS/MSDS are required, and we need confirmation of fire-safety-relevant burn characteristics since these will be used in guest-facing hospitality settings, not just retail shelves. Packaging: unbranded is acceptable for the base programme, though we may request a printed label with the property's name for a later phase once the base product is qualified. Delivery: DAP our Bologna warehouse, consolidated per release.
