First trial order of modular foam sofa pieces — samples then 60 units

Who can supply a small trial batch of frameless modular foam sofa pieces so we can test this category in our store before committing to a bigger order? We currently buy similar pieces through a domestic wholesaler at a higher cost and want to see if going direct works for us. Looking for the boneless/no-frame construction, foam fill, removable and washable cover, in corner and armless module types so we can display a couple of layout options. Could you send samples first so we can check the foam quality and how the cover fits and comes off? If we're happy, we'd order around 60 units to place in our store as a trial. We haven't imported furniture directly before, so please walk us through what's included in your price versus what we'd need to arrange ourselves (freight, customs, delivery). Please let us know: sample cost and lead time, pricing at 60 units, minimum order for a reorder, and whatever compliance documentation (RoHS, fire-resistance) is standard for furniture sold at retail here.
