Premium long-range fat-tire e-bike wanted — larger battery, 600 units/year

We want to add a premium, longer-range fat-tire e-bike to our range for mountain and alpine terrain use, positioned above our current standard model rather than replacing it. Specification: same core platform we already carry — 48V removable battery, hydraulic disc brakes, front and rear suspension, steel or aluminum frame, 20" fat tires — but with a larger-capacity battery (20Ah or higher if available) for extended range, and ideally a torque sensor instead of a basic cadence sensor for more natural pedal assist on climbs. Volume: approximately 600 units per year, released across several call-offs rather than one large order, since this is a new tier we're introducing gradually alongside our existing line. Requirements: CE conformity and EN 15194 documentation are mandatory, plus actual range test data for the larger battery configuration under real riding conditions, not just a theoretical range figure. Packaging: standard export carton is fine, consistent with what you'd quote for your standard model so we can compare freight costs directly. Delivery: FOB origin, we manage freight through our regular forwarder. In your proposal, please include: pricing per unit at this volume for the upgraded battery/sensor configuration versus your standard model, actual tested range figures, lead time, and whether the torque sensor option is available across your fat-tire platform or only specific models.
