Backup supply source for our sport e-MTB line — modest recurring volume

Our current e-bike supplier is solid, but they're our only source for this category, and a recent factory closure at one of our other vendors reminded us that's a real exposure. We'd like to set up a second, smaller account with a different factory for this sport e-MTB spec so we're not dependent on a single line. We're not looking to replace our main supplier — this would run alongside it as a standing backup, roughly 90 units per year to start, reviewed after the first few shipments. Spec we're after: steel frame, front suspension fork, 7-speed, 27.5" wheels, rear hub motor (36V/250W), 7.8Ah lithium battery, mechanical disc brakes. We'd need: UL 2849 or equivalent certification for the drive system, standard export cartons, and a factory that can realistically hold small recurring orders without pushing us into a much larger MOQ. Delivery FOB is fine, we manage freight to Portland ourselves.
