Certified sustainable compression sofa bed wanted — FSC frame, low-VOC foam, 500 pcs/year

We want to add a certified, lower-impact compression sofa bed to our range alongside our standard line, and we're looking for a manufacturer who can document sustainability credentials rather than just claim them. Specification: 3-seater compression/folding sofa bed, FSC-certified solid wood frame, high-resilience foam with low-VOC / OEKO-TEX or GREENGUARD-equivalent certification if available, fabric upholstery with a removable and washable cover, in the 1.7m length primarily. We're open to the 1.4m and 2.0m as secondary sizes if the certified spec is consistent across all three. Volume: approximately 500 pieces per year to start, released across two or three call-offs rather than one large order — we're launching this certified line cautiously alongside our standard range. Requirements: CE conformity plus documentation for the FSC chain of custody and foam/fabric emissions certification — we need the actual certificates, not just a claim on the product page, since our retailers will ask for them. Packaging: standard export carton is fine, no special packaging needed for this line, but weight and dimensions should stay consistent with what you'd quote for your standard non-certified version so we can compare fairly. Delivery: FOB origin, we manage freight through our regular forwarder. In your proposal, please include: pricing per piece at this volume for the certified version versus your standard version, copies of the relevant certificates, lead time, and whether the certified spec is available across all three lengths or only some.
