First trial import of fat-tire e-bikes — samples then 15 units

Who can supply a small trial batch of fat-tire electric bikes so we can test this category on our site before committing to a bigger order? We currently buy similar bikes through a domestic wholesaler at a higher cost and want to see if going direct works for us. Looking for the 250W motor, 48V removable battery, hydraulic disc brakes, front and rear suspension spec — standard configuration is fine for this test. Could you send one or two samples first so we can check build quality and battery performance ourselves? If we're happy, we'd order around 15 units to list and test demand before a larger order. We haven't imported e-bikes directly before, so please walk us through what's included in your price versus what we'd need to arrange ourselves (freight, customs, UL 2849 compliance for US sale). Please let us know: sample cost and lead time, pricing at 15 units, minimum order for a reorder, and current UL 2849 certification status.
