prod2buy is a B2B marketplace where buyers post requests for products and verified suppliers send structured proposals. Posting a request is free. Sending a proposal requires an active supplier subscription. Negotiation, contracts, and payments between buyers and suppliers happen outside the platform.

Responsabilités de l'utilisateur

You must provide accurate registration data, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us of any unauthorised use of your account. You are solely responsible for the content you publish.

Obligations de l'acheteur

• Post requests that describe a real, current sourcing need.
• Provide accurate quantities, delivery frequency, and contract type.
• Respond to proposals in good faith.

Obligations du fournisseur

• Maintain an active subscription to send proposals.
• Send proposals only for requests you can fulfil.
• Quote prices and quantities you can honour.
• Reply to buyer messages in a reasonable time.

Utilisations interdites

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent requests or proposals.
• Harassing other users or sending unsolicited commercial messages outside the proposal flow.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or attempting to access data you are not authorised to see.
• Using the platform to violate Italian or EU law.

Limitation de responsabilité

prod2buy provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that requests will receive proposals, that proposals will be accepted, or that any business outcome will result. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Droit applicable

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
